As an OBD Innovative Design Studio client, I would like to confirm the following:

1. OBD Innovative Design Studio has completed my project in it's entirety.

2 My project with OBD Innovative Design Studio has been completed to my liking and standards.  

3. I have completed my payment in full, therefore I understand that a refund will not be permited. 

4. I have proofed my project in it's entirety, therefore any errors will not be a responsibility of OBD Innovative Design Studio. 

5. After 30 days, I understand that additional changes to my project will require a revision fee dependant on the nature of the changes. 

6. I understand that after I sign this approval, OBD Innovative Design Studio will send all high res files, remove watermarks, and or post website.​
